Artwork of the week - ‘Bob Dylan’ by Patrick Butterworth

This week we feature Bob Dylan as our artwork of the week. Created by ReConnect artist Patrick Butterworth, it is a fine example of Patrick’s painting skills.

As many of us will be aware, Bob Dylan was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature last week “for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition”. He is the first singer/song writer to receive the award.

Patrick’s rendition of Bob Dylan is executed in his usual picture perfect style. It measures 29 x 29 cm and is painted in oil on canvas. This painting can be purchased from our gallery or online in our shop for £125. Patrick currently has an exhibition in our Gallery II titled, Americana - Bob as well as other choice characters can be viewed here at Project Ability until 29 October.
