On the 24th and 25th October Project Ability attended a board meeting of the European Outsider Art Association in Paris to plan the EOAA 2014 conference, the exhibition 25 years of Raw Vision at Halle Saint Pierre and the Outsider Art Fair 2013.
We met artist Tanya Raabe-Webber and her husband Neil having tea in the rain in the Tuileries Gardens.
