We’re having a bit of a Leslie Thompson week here at Project Ability, to celebrate his solo exhibition, ‘Leslie Thompson the Superstar Artist Drawer’! We’ve taken this opportunity to feature Leslie’s work not only in our Artwork of the Week post, but in our Shop Item of the Week post as well!
This is a print of a large drawing Leslie made a few years ago when he first visited us, during the International Summit for learning disabled artists and their support studios. Thompson drew the view out of our third floor studios, and you can see it exquisitely details the tenements along King Street, headed towards Mono and King’s Court. It is a gorgeous drawing, and the prints are just as special. The print can be purchased in two sizes, A4 at £10 each and A3 at £15 each. It is an ink jet print on heavy weight textured paper.
We offer affordable framing sevices as well, just contact us at email@example.com for a framing quote if you’re interested! You can buy the print unframed just now in our online shop, or come by the gallery and have a look at it in our gallery shop at Trongate 103. While here you can check out Leslie’s exhibition and also ‘squalor‘ an exhibition of new paintings by ReConnect artist Jim Feeney.
