    Art Trek Artists

Art Trek Artists Ltd is a charitable visual arts enterprise established in 1997 by five artists with learning disabilities. The artists are: John Cocozza, Edward Henry, Tommy Mason, Cameron Morgan and Steven Reilly.

Art Trek was set up by Project Ability to provide the group with artistic and administrative support and access to studio space. The Art Trek Artists create, exhibit and sell art work and have a wide range of experience as workshop facilitators. The artists are regularly invited to exhibit their artwork and present their experience at conferences throughout the UK and Europe.

Art Trek demonstrates how people with learning disabilities can succeed in a professional arts enviroment and contribute to the cultural and social life of their community.

    Art Trek Exhibitions

Art Trek are currently creating a thematic body of work for a series of four exhibitions in different venues in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The overall theme focuses on specific urban architectural landmarks and landscapes that the artists see as iconic symbols of their home environments.

The individual artists are developing their portfolio of work exploring their personal responses to the natural and built environment they inhabit.
