Project Ability’s ‘Flowers of the Commonwealth Exhibition’ is a celebration of Commonwealth culture and identity though the exploration of national flowers of the Commonwealth countries and territories.  Over the last 5 months Project Ability artists have worked with schools, groups and individuals the length and breadth of the country to create over 100 beautiful floral patches which have now been sewn into wonderfully colourful banners and can be seen in the foyer of Trongate 103 from 4th-27th September.  There will be a special opening event on Thursday 4th September from 12-2pm, to bring together and celebrate the achievements of all of those who took part. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided.
