At the start of October, we held 'Keep Dancing', a fun dance / exercise session for young men aged 50 plus.
Organised by Norman Douglas, the workshop allowed participants to use everyday gestures and turned them into dance routines. Each participant was encouraged to come up with their own gesture and to integrate it into the group routine.
This workshop was part of a bigger programme of activity which starts in Autumn 2010, develops through 2011 and ends in 2012 with a performance as part of The World Congress for Active Ageing which is being held in Glasgow.
