Am I Eligible?

If you live in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde Health Board area and receive support for your mental health, you can be referred to this project by your health professional, for example your Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), Occupational Therapist (OT) or General Practitioner (GP).
