On Saturday 21 August, Project Ability organised a workshop inspired by Robert Reddick's exhibition, Recalling Lines.
Robert Reddick's amazing drawings most often represent cityscapes: scenes from the past as well as current well-known Glasgow buildings can be found in his work. In response to his exhibition, we invited 6 young people, three boys and three girls, to take a stroll around Trongate, and take photos of the unique buildings in the area.
Once back in our workshops, the six budding artists combined these photographs with drawing and collage, and created wonderful futuristic cityscapes!
One of the tutors, Celine Mcilmunn, said: "The whole day was great fun, all the young artists were very focused and produced amazing works of art!"
