Workshop Programme
Film classes for 8 - 25 year olds, beginners to advanced
Create your own movie and learn skills in animation, prop and set making, camera techniques and editing. We have up-to-date digital equipment and provide expert tuition. Workshops usually run for blocks of ten weeks in the evenings and school holidays.
Saturday visual art classes for 12 - 18 and 18 - 25 year olds
Access a professional studio environment and get support to develop your creative skills and ideas. Explore a range of techniques and materials including printmaking, painting, ceramics and textiles. We also organise a regular programme of visits to museums and galleries. Workshops run in blocks of eight weeks, four times a year.
SmART Kids: Community-based classes for 8 - 12 year olds
A wide choice of creative opportunities in the evenings and weekends for young people with disabilities and their siblings to have fun and meet new people, experiment with different materials and create pots, masks, sculptures, bags, large scale drawings and collage.
One-off workshops and short projects
We deliver a range of activities with groups and individuals which can be part of local and national festivals, "family-friendly" days and holiday programmes.
