Partnerships and Work within the Community
Project Ability provides an extensive arts service out with our centre, managing community-based projects in partnership with various local authorities and service providers. We mostly work throughout Glasgow and the surrounding regions but recent projects have taken us to Edinburgh, Dumfries, Fife, Inverness, Skye and North Uist.
We can be contracted to manage and deliver customised workshops and exhibitions for:
- Arts & Cultural Organisations
- Museums
- Hospitals
- Resource Centres
- Special Educational Needs Schools
- Local Authorities

Exchange
There is an international audience for our participants' work - they are frequently invited to exhibit in North America, Japan and Europe; and many of their films are screened in festivals in the UK and overseas.
Project Ability is also regularly invited to contribute to seminars and conferences in the UK and abroad to share examples of best practice, and to promote the benefit that the arts can have on people's health and well-being.
