Sponsorship Opportunity for your Business/ Organisation

Price:

£150 (Plus Vat) for one Month (1 Page)

(Based on a minimum print run of 1000.)

The Calendar Format:

Size 172 x 320 mm, 12 page plus cover, printed on 200 gsm board, 4 colour one side, single colour reverse, with a detachable postcard picture for each month. Wire bound and supplied with paper mailing envelope.

Benefits for sponsors:

• An image of original artwork by a Project Ability artist will be displayed on the detachable postcard. Above this there will be space for the Sponsor's basic details within the 'notes' section.

• On the reverse side you the Sponsors have (172mm x 210mm) space to promote your company (this could include text, images and logo etc). This page is single colour.

• On the same page (within the detachable postcard section) there will be additional space for the Sponsor's basic contact details.

• In order to demonstrate your support for Project Ability, our website address and charity number will also be displayed within this postcard section (along with the name of the artist whose work is featured on the front of the postcard).

• Sponsors will be supplied with a calendar.

• Sponsors have the opportunity to purchase as many calendars as you wish (to distribute to your own staff or customers) at cost price. (Price guide: Approx £3 depending on quantity).

Print Run & Distribution:

Minimum print run is 1000 copies. This could increase depending on orders received.

Project Ability will distribute 50 calendars as corporate gifts (e.g. to Funders, MSP's, Councillors, Partner Organisations etc). The remainder will be sold to the public at a range of outlets (including our own Gallery shop).

Any profits from sales will go straight towards funding our charitable activities.
