Billy Harper is an artist working in Project Ability’s Aspire studios, and he enjoys working across several different mediums. He has been working on these ceramic collections for the past few years. Each of these artworks has been created with their own story and each has a charm and beauty all of their own.
Most recently Harper has created the ‘Forgotten Theatre’ series. This consists of seven ceramic wall pieces representing theatres that have come to be part of Glasgow’s history. They have an ephemeral quality in their detail and an antique feel to them. Beautifully crafted each one is unique and captures the beauty of aging architecture.
