Digital shop assistant

Duties:

Assisting in the management of Project Ability’s online shop

Coordinating with staff members in our small team to add artworks and original products to populate our online shop.

Photographing art work

Uploading product images and details to the website

Organising and maintaining stock records & online shop artworks

Organising packing and shipping of Items sold on line

 

Essential Skills and experience:

Experience of using WordPress websites and WooCommerce

Digital marketing and sales experience including formatting images for online use and SEO

Good working knowledge of Photoshop

Good photography skills

Excellent customer service experience

Must be able to work independently and as part of a small team

Self-manage workload

Experience in handling and packing artworks for carriage

 

Terms and conditions:

Fixed term contract:  March to August 2020. 180 hrs equating to 24, 7.5 hour days.

£10 hourly rate
