We are delighted to be offering for the first time a unique opportunity for final year students in Sculpture and Environmental Art at the Glasgow School of Art, to work in partnership with Project Ability.
Six students have been selected to join us in our studios and have been placed within workshops throughout all of our three programmes, Aspire, ReConnect and Create. This opportunity will give students the chance to make work with us, to be part of our unique studios and develop ideas that they have in response to being within our artist community.

Over the course of the next few weeks, these new working relationships will no doubt flourish, with students either producing work alongside, or collaboratively with our artists, whilst documenting their time with us. The outcome of each of their personal projects, will result in the students presenting their work with an informal artist talk about their processes and experiences with us. Their individual projects will also be assessed for part of their final degree.

Each of the student’s journeys will be showcased here on our blog, and we are certain this will be a fantastic learning experience for all of the artists involved.
Welcome to Project Ability, Alison Glass, Susan Breckenridge, Almudena Rocca, Dylan Esposito, Izzy Arnold and Amy Di Rollo!
