Obi is a young artist working in our Create studios. After drawing out his subject onto the canvas, Obi uses a technique of dabbing paint from his pallette to brush, then onto the canvas; methodically working his away across the picture. His love of animals shines through in each of his artworks. Obi is partially sighted, and for this reason he works very close to his canvas, and avoids small details. His ability to read the different hues and shades in his subject matter is a talent of Obi’s, bring each animal to life with character and charm.
