On Wednesday 2nd November a small group visited the Alasdair Gray archive at The Whisky Bond. The room is set up to look like the workspace Alasdair had in the home he shared with second wife Morag. The space is filled with sketches, paintings and books and everything can be looked through!
Curator Sorcha Dallas showed us around and provided mountains of information. It was near impossible to pick a favourite item but I do love the items featuring the white dog from The Comedy of the White Dog. The archive is well worth a visit and needs to be booked through the archives.
