From the archive, our latest Artwork of the Week is Telephone by Pauline Jackson, exhibited in Young Talent 2011. The Red Telephone Booth is the subject of Pauline’s striking painting and depicts the vitality of the phone box as it was once stood; a proud symbol of British street architecture and echoes the phasing-out of our analogue past.
Pauline will be showing new paintings in our forthcoming Young Talent exhibition in June 2012.
