Walking Group in GSA
On Wednesday the 5th June, the walking group visited the BA Fine Art degree show at the Stow building of Glasgow School of Art. Spread over 5 levels we saw around a third of the show, taking in the ground and first floor. Showcasing over 140 students work in Sculpture and Environmental Art, Painting and Printmaking and Fine Art Photography.
The work we saw was mostly from the Sculpture and Environmental Art students with some of us staying on long enough to see some paintings. This is a massive exhibit that would take several hours to see. Most of us stayed just over an hour, but you could easily spend 3 or 4 hours taking all the work in.
