Project Ability is pleased to host a three day flash exhibition in our 3rd floor Project Space from the 9-11 August.
This exhibition has been devised and organised as a collaborative portrait project led by Resident Artist Sarah Leonard, carer and volunteer at ENABLE Glasgow: Fortune Works for over the last year.
Established in 1960, ENABLE Glasgow: Fortune Works is a social enterprise providing meaningful opportunities for people with a learning disability within Glasgow and surrounding areas. The service combines accessible social and enterprising activities and offers individualised support for people to make a positive contribution to their community
Each portrait will be personalised to express individuality and those involved will be invited to talk about their experience. The ideology of the exhibition is to look beyond Learning Disability and to highlight everyone personality.
Changing Faces is part of Festival 2018, the cultural programme for the Glasgow 2018 European Championships.
