Project Ability and the Russian Cultural Centre have organised a workshop Wednesday 26 January for a group of primary 2’s from Kirkriggs Primary School. The workshop will involve Russian storytelling and a cartoon screening, puppet making and story writing, a short performance using the children’s puppets, and will be closing with music from Rik Palieri.
After the workshop, Vermont (USA) based Rik Palieri will very generously perform for the Project Ability participants. He plays a wide array of instruments, from banjo and guitar to Native American love flute, Ozark mouth bow and Polish bagpipes!
Artists from Connect and Aspire are invited to join us in the Project Room at 2pm, for 15 minutes of beautiful music.
See you there!
