“On Wednesday 23rd October members of the Heritage Lottery Group went over to GMRC to meet with Tony and see more items from Joyce Laings Art Extraordinary collection. We saw a lot of new pieces we had not seen before and made a small progressive start to planning what we would like to add to the permanent display at Kelvingrove art gallery. We saw three large pieces by Gordon Anderson and were keen for one to be the centrepiece if possible. Two further trips will be taken to look at work and write information tags for artworks displayed.”
