This week sees the start of a very exciting project for some of our artists here at Project Ability. The Golden Jubilee Hospital in Clydebank, has commissioned some very special art work to celebrate their 10 year anniversary as part of the NHS.
To launch the project the group enjoyed a grand tour of this state of the art hospital, learning about their specialities and seeing first hand some procedures taking place! Over the next 10 weeks the group will meet to develop ideas for this exciting commission, some pulling on their personal experiences of the hospital, others responding to their visit to the hospital this week.
The prognosis is good! Watch this space to see their progress.
