The walking group headed over to Platform at Easterhouse with a larger group of Project Ability artists for an exhibition launch. Twelve ReConnect artists have their large canvas paintings on display until the 6th of April. Platform is a great gallery space, located inside a large multi-use public building. Within the library, it has a huge feature wall that we have had many past exhibitions on over the years. We were treated to a hot drink and a biscuit and given how bad the weather was, a hot drink was very welcome! The full list of featured artists is as follows, David Bradley, Ruth Mutch, Mhairi Ferguson, Coco, Grant Glennie, Margaret Jackson, Stuart Low, Sian Mather, Simon Maculey, Tony Murray, Bel Pye and John White.
