This week we look at a lovely series of drawings of different types of flora, by Project Ability artist Fiona Thornton. Fiona created these drawings in response to a selection of images sent to her by one of Project Ability’s tutors, to help keep the inspiration and creativity going through Lockdown. These beautiful pieces are part of our exhibition featuring an amazing selection of artworks made during the different Lockdowns Scotland had in 2020. If you haven’t seen the show yet have a look here, As Time Stood Still Part Two.
We love the delicate attention to the detail in the pattern within these drawings. The decorative designs are a joy to look at and leave us wanting to see more!
