Artwork of the Week is this impressive Lollipop Pot by Michael Stark. This colourful vase is part of our current online exhibition titled ‘As Time Stood Still,Part Two’. The entire exhibition comprises artworks made by Project Ability artists at home, during Lockdown.
This is one of the few sculptural pieces we have in the show. The level of skill, patience and design needed to create one of these vases is evident just by looking at it! We love the coloured lollipop sticks that Michael has used at the top of the piece, and the way you can see through it from certain angles. It is a very cool piece of design work!
