Open Call: Feathered Friends – Christmas Exhibition
We’re excited to announce the open call for our upcoming Christmas exhibition, Feathered Friends!
This year, we’re inviting artists of all backgrounds and disciplines to submit bird-themed artworks for the chance to be part of one of Project Ability’s most popular annual shows. Our Christmas exhibition always draws large crowds of enthusiastic visitors and buyers, making this a brilliant opportunity to showcase your work to a wide audience in our city centre gallery.
Whether you paint, print, sculpt, or create in mixed media, we’d love to see your interpretation of the theme. Selected works will be displayed alongside pieces by Project Ability artists celebrating creativity, community and inclusivity.
How to Apply
- Deadline: Sunday 6th October 2025
- Fee: £10 per artwork (maximum of 3 submissions)
- Open to 2D and 3D works
- Max size for 3D work is 50 x 50cm, max size for 2D work is 100 x 100cm
- Selected 2D works must be delivered ready to hang
- Artists are responsible for delivery and collection of selected work
- All artworks will be for sale, with proceeds split 50/50 with Project Ability
- Work for the exhibition will be selected by three external jurors
