Two students – Remi and Maya – from Glasgow School of Art worked with a group of our Re-Connect artists on projects that explored shared experiences and the role of art during the pandemic.
This zoom event will allow Maya, Remi & some of our artists to share their projects and experiences. Both artists created activities based around the circumstances that we are in, exploring ways to find connection whilst physically being apart.
Maya will also be launching an online book ‘Magpies’ – a document of her Re-Connect project – which had our artists looking to the everyday for inspiration, and sharing objects in a communal online “nest”.
