Project Ability is proud to present a small selection of paintings by one of our very talented Create artists. Obi Oguguo has been selected by our staff and tutors as this year’s Young Talent – Solo Showcase artist. Oguguo has been working with Project Ability for the past few years and we have really enjoyed watching his painting style develop over this time.

In 2017 Oguguo painted ‘Happy Cat’, which was one of our most loved and admired paintings from our CATS exhibition. You will find ‘Happy Cat’ all over our website! Since then we have been keeping a close eye on the artist and his work.

Young Talent is an annual exhibition featuring work from artists attending our Create workshops. Create is our programme for young people. Each year we select one artist who has produced a body of work that we feel shows a unique style, great skill and creativity. This year we couldn’t resist these wonderful animal paintings by Obi Oguguo.
