John Beaton attends Project Ability’s Aspire programme.
Beaton makes text based work that features crosses and circles as recurrent motifs. This mark making process appears sporadic at first but with every finished piece, Beaton asserts an order and clarity to these unruly sequences by completing with a John Beaton signature.
